- You should first submit the application below in electronic form. Make sure you provide the minimum required information indicated on page 3.
- Once completed please send it to us together with the required information. Ensure the applicant and the owner of the property have signed the form.
- Once we accept the application, the NSW Government requires that applicants formally apply for the application online via the NSW Planning Portal.
